Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No app download is needed. Guests open your link or scan the QR code in their phone browser. They can join without signing in when you allow anonymous guests; hosts can also require sign-in.
What is included in a free event?
A free event includes 25 photos, 10 minutes of total video, a live wall, QR poster, guest book, and host moderation. The gallery is retained for 90 days from the event date.
Can I control what appears in the shared gallery?
Yes. Use host approval mode to review uploads before they appear in the shared gallery and live wall. Guests can also make their uploads host-only.
Can I keep the photos after my event?
Hosts can download photos as a ZIP and save videos individually before the gallery expires. Paid events have 365 days of gallery access from the event date. Keep your own downloaded copy for long-term storage.
